- Co-founded Ligature to develop high-quality educational materials in a variety of curriculum areas, including:
Social Studies, Reading, Science, and Math - Visual learning author on school math textbook programs teams for elementary, middle, and high school

- MathStart named Top Ten Nonfiction Series for Young Children by Booklist magazine, a publication of the American Library Association
- MathStart books receive many honors, including awards from The Bank Street College of Education and The Oppenheim Toy Portfolio; Less Than Zero named a "Best Book of the Year" by Science Books & Films magazine
- “The Main Street Kids’ Club: A MathStart Musical” began touring in 2010
